About Your Stay


BY BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND

AGREE TO OUR POLICIES

Thank you for your interest in staying at Abendblume. Our goal is to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Before booking, we ask that you take a few moments to read our policies. We look forward to your stay!

ADULT ONLY

Abendblume offers a relaxing retreat for adults only. In the circumstance of a “whole house” reservation, children may be welcome. Guests who arrive with children will be turned away. The reservation will be canceled and handled as a cancellation within 14 days of arrival. Only staying guests may use the facilities unless prior arrangements are made. Names of all guests staying must be registered.

SMOKE-FREE/PET-FREE

Absolutely no smoking inside or on-premises, thank you! A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file for cleaning smoke odor and/or cigarette/smoking debris in the room or grounds. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. We can help with pet boarding options if necessary.

RATES

Our rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods or for special events. No rate or room can be held without a deposit. Promotions and discount offers do not apply to already booked reservations. If you cancel or reschedule your reservation, any new reservation will be made at the then-current rate.

DEPOSITS

To secure your reservation, a deposit of your first-night stay will be taken

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Masks are required when entering and while in the public areas.  We will not enter your room for daily housekeeping unless requested.  Fresh towels and supplies will be left in a basket outside your door. We are following CDC guidelines and continue to use deep cleaning and sanitization methods, and have added innovative microbe “air scrubbers” to our HVAC systems

BREAKFAST

We continue to serve our authentic German buffet breakfast.  All items are individually wrapped with table service for the hot entrée!

CANCELLATIONS

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or email us at least FOURTEEN (14) days prior to your arrival. A THIRTY (30) day cancellation notice is required for whole-house bookings, Oktoberfest weekends, all of December, and special events. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than required minimum notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. For those reservations that are canceled within the above guidelines, deposits on record will be refunded less a $25 booking fee.

Group Reservations: Guests booking three-or-more rooms for the same dates are considered a Group Reservation. Group Reservations require cancellation THIRTY (30) days prior to the arrival date. For group bookings, a second deposit may be applied 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation any time incurs a $75 booking fee per room. See policies on Winter Travel below.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

TWO-night minimum. Single night reservations may be possible Sunday through Thursday. The following weekends have a requisite THREE-night minimum: Ice Fest in January, all weekends in October, Thanksgiving, all weekends in December

CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Abendblume is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. In order for us to prepare everything for your stay to the highest standard, please arrive after 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 8:00 p.m., a welcome note and instructions will be left at the lobby desk for you

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

All rooms except Tannenbaum and Kitzbuhel accommodate up to TWO guests. We do not offer rollaway beds, air-mattresses, or cots. Names of all guests must be registered.

QUIET HOURS

Thank you for respecting other guest’s peaceful stay at Abendblume. We practice quiet hours between Midnight and 7am!

OTAs and THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

If you make your reservation through an OTA (online travel agency) or third-party website (Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Hotwire, Orbitz, Priceline, Trivago, or other) that website is responsible for providing customer service for your reservation. We are not responsible for errors in rates, services offered, or descriptive information on third-party websites. You will ALWAYS get the best rate by going direct to Abendblume.com

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We offer Gift Certificates in any amount. Please give us the details of your certificate at the time of booking. If the value is less than the required deposit, your credit card will be charged the difference

WINTER TRAVEL

Driving to our Winter Wonderland usually involves traveling over passes and through scenic mountains. Winter driving conditions can be a factor between October and April. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A WINTER STAY, WE ASSUME YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH WINTER DRIVING. We will happily refund your deposit if both passes (Stevens and Snoqualmie) are impassible for the day. If passes are open, your reservation may be handled as a short notice cancellation. The Washington State Department of Transportation does an excellent job of keeping the roads and passes clear. We suggest you check the WSDOT website or download the app before you travel. There you will find up-to-the-minute route updates and live cams! Alternatives to driving the passes: Alaska Air to Pangborn Airport (EAT) in Wenatchee (rental cars available), Wenatchee Valley Shuttle – leaves from SEA-TAC and Bellevue locations and drops in Peshastin, 4 miles from Leavenworth. Amtrak – the train station is 1 mile from Abendblume. There is taxis, Uber and Lyft ride available. We would also be happy to gather you from the train station or the Peshastin Park and Ride if needed!

LOST AND FOUND

All items left behind will be held for 90 days. If you would like us to mail your item back to you we will charge postage to the card on file, plus a $20 handling fee.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness, misuse of the property, or failure to adhere to these policies. The credit card on file will be charged for any excessive damage beyond usual wear and tear.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Neither the property owners nor managers are responsible for any personal injury, property damage, and/or theft. By staying at the property, guests agree to hold the property owners, managers, and staff harmless in the case of any injury or damage.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your right to privacy! Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in a manner to which you have not consented. We will not share any personal information about our guests.
